The following are the exact steps that I use to formulate a solid plan for your website in the exact order as I have them listed.

Market Analysis
In order to create a powerful design and layout, I first engage in comprehensive market research. Which will give me a very clear picture of not only your market in general, but who your competitors are and I will use this very valuable information to guide all of my design decisions and efforts.

Usability Study
Once I have a clear understanding of your needs for your particular market, I will at that time establish what should be integrated in your site and how to simplify the navigation. Your participation will be essential and will assist me in creating a high quality site for your business.

Mock Up /Prototype
Now it's time to bring everything together. I will work closely with you to develop a layout, design appropriate graphics, and finalize an efficient navigation structure. Be prepared to talk and bring your ideas to the table. Write down any ideas, goals and questions that you may have.
Then at that point in time I will create a mock up of the site which you'll be able to visually view and to get a bird’s eye view of how the navigational system will be set up. With your valuable input, I will continue to refine the site until you are content with the prototype; I do this so that you are kept informed of my progress and know exactly what the finished product will look like in advance.

Site Construction
Once approval of the prototype is received from you, I will begin to turn the mock up site into your authentic real business web site. This part of the process takes a few days, there are numerous steps involved some includes optimizing graphics for web viewing, coding the pages into different web languages based on your needs, and testing the site every step of the way for quality assurance.

Live and Online
Once the site is completed and you have accepted its final form, it is time to go “live and online.” Now it is at this point your site will be accessible to all viewers on the Internet.

Site Promotion
Once your site is live and online, it's time to start attracting visitors. All of my web design projects includes free of charge submission to major search engines which is an excellent venue to begin your business marketing efforts. Besides submissions to search engines there are numerous other steps that can be taken as well to attract visitors and depending on your market, I will discuss with you additional marketing ideas that would be most beneficial to your particular market.

Ongoing Support
Of course once your site is up and ready, I will continue to provide you support. As long as you have your site, I will be here to assist you in whatever manner that I can.
